Insurance

I am licensed in Georgia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York, Virginia and Washington.  As a result, I am able to accept clients in those states who are wanting to utilize their health insurance plan.  The following insurances are accepted:

Fees

For those who do not have insurance or do not wish to go through their insurance, sessions are $150.

 

Client are asked to provide 24 hours notice if they are unable to keep their scheduled appointment.  Failure to provide such notice may result in a fee of $75.  This is expected to be paid prior to scheduling another appointment.
